3rd District Justice Cole Blease Laughs Off Dismissed Appeal Alleging Sacramento Superior Court Judge Misconduct
A Third District Court of Appeal case alleging outrageous misconduct by controversial Sacramento Superior Court Judge Matthew Gary was recently thrown out by appellate Justice Coleman Blease. The appellate court delayed the case more than three years, then dismissed it as moot. To see the humor in this, well, you had to be there. But, yeah, black comedy.
