Private-Public Sector Failure Judge James Towery Headed for Woodshed Again: Sexism, Gender Bias Alleged

Facing new allegations of sexism and gender bias, Santa Clara County Judge James Towery reportedly is headed for the woodshed again.

He failed in private practice, he failed at the State Bar, and he continues to fail as a Santa Clara County Superior Court judge. Judge James Towery should salvage any dignity he has left and resign from the bench.
