Courtroom Bully Divorce Lawyer Dominic Porrino Not So Tough On Street - Demands Police Escort from Courthouse

By most accounts, Walnut Creek, California divorce attorney Dominic Porrino is a pit bull in court. With one caveat. Porrino is a tough guy only when his opposition doesn't have an attorney. In the pending Alameda County Laycock divorce case, Porrino is getting the big money from Apple software engineer Matthew Laycock to make Laycock's soon-to-be-ex wife's life a living hell.

Using the bad faith litigation tactics employed by ethically-challenged divorce lawyers, Porrino has worked the system to ensure that Elizabeth Moulton - the mother of Matt's kids - is essentially destitute and without the funds to hire an attorney. Liz, who has no background or formal education in the law, is flailing away as an involuntarily self-represented, "pro per" litigant.

Porrino has flipped the bird at California Family Code laws that require a "level playing field" for divorcing parents, meaning both parties have legal representation. A narcissistic, vindictive parent with enough cash can always find a bottom-feeder like Porrino to bend and warp the rules and ethical standards required of attorneys.

This video shows what happens when a vampire like Porrino goes out into the sunlight. It' ain't pretty.
