Five Year Anniversary: Sacramento Attorney Liz Niemi Still At Large, Unpunished for Alleged Fraud on the Court, State Law Violations, Moral Turpitude

Sacramento-based divorce lawyer Elizabeth Niemi attended Rice University in Houston, Texas and law school at Notre Dame, according to the California State Bar.

And, did we mention, the State Bar also has certified Liz as a Family Law Legal Specialist?

So how come Dizzy Lizzy doesn't know how to file court paperwork that is legal; that complies with state law? Despite the "exceptional moral and ethical standards" she learned in law school, why did Liz allegedly file bogus court paperwork for the purpose of screwing over a disabled domestic violence victim?

At the risk of sounding too technical, in 2012 Niemi filed an allegedly defective, illegal sworn declaration for attorney fees that involved moral turpitude, fraud on the court, and violations of state law. FIVE years later, Liz continues to evade accountability.
