6th District 3-Stooges Team Reversed Again: Conrad Rushing, Eugene Premo and Franklin Elia Pull Another Boner

The California Supreme Court has, again, unanimously, dressed down the harlequin hat-trick team of Sixth District Court of Appeal Presiding Justice Conrad Rushing, and associate justices Eugene Premo, and Franklin Elia.

Justices Conrad Rushing, Franklin Elia, and Eugene Premo seem to have comprehension problems, likely a contagious cognitive disorder they transmitted to each other at work. They each are overqualified for, and should probably take a disability retirement.
